While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order as credits which could be used further anytime later for shopping. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Real Strong.in shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organization/s, manufacturers / shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of RealStrong.in

All products purchased from Realstrong.in are not applicable for return unless damaged products have been dispatched. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.

All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
The product amount will be credited back to his/her account, once we have received the products and quality check is done.

If you choose to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

The amount credited on return will be based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. Any change in the product price thereafter will not be considered. This is applicable on all offers and promotions, including Design of the Day.
